Since eAWB data comes directly from your computer, laptop or tablet, the information is as accurate and up-to-the-minute as you want it to be. Right up until the moment your shipment arrives at the station, you'll be able to make last-minute adjustments and changes in real time.

We have worked closely with the International Air Transport Association (IATA) to cut down on the paperwork you need to sign for air transport services. They’ve established a multilateral agreement that lets you sign one document to gain access to multiple airlines in numerous airports around the world. For domestic shipments within the U.S., there is a separate bilateral agreement.

Can you send digital Freight Waybill messages (FWBs)? If so, then your system is good to go. Simply reach out to your sales rep or our Internet Help Desk team at AACargo.Helpdesk@aa.com or 1-800-334-5299, Option 1 to get activated.
Can’t send FWBs yet? Don’t sweat it. You can use our complementary messaging services on either aacargo.com or through Cargo Portal Services. There is no need to get activated, as agreeing to the terms and conditions of each eAWB will replace the traditional activation process.
