Q: What does refreshing the way we view and pay online invoices entail?

A: There will be some changes to your user experience, but these are largely aesthetic changes that will benefit you (for example, changes in where a button appears on the screen, where a search bar moves, etc.).


Q: What will change?

A: Many new benefits will include:

  • The complete audit trail of prior communications
  • Reporting functionality, including dashboards, to help you identify trends with your online invoices and payments

Q: What is not changing?

A: Some of the benefits you appreciate today will continue after the refresh, including:

  • The ability to set up workflows around viewing, approving and paying online invoices
    • This also includes scheduling future payments
  • Continued use of exporting data in your own financial or accounts payable system
  • Signing in to your online accounts will remain unchanged
